End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and FootRivals for use of the FootRivals mobile application.

1. License grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use FootRivals on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, for personal and non-commercial use.

2. Apple terms

If you downloaded FootRivals from the App Store, this EULA is between you and FootRivals, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, except as required by applicable law and App Store terms.

3. Acceptable use

Do not copy, reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the app except where law permits.
Do not cheat, spoof steps, or manipulate scoring or rankings.
Do not interfere with service security or infrastructure.

4. Accounts and access

You are responsible for account credentials and activity on your account. You must keep your details accurate and up to date.

5. Health and fitness notice

FootRivals is not a medical app and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always use your own judgment and seek professional advice where needed.

6. Updates and service changes

We may release updates, patch security issues, and change app features or scoring systems over time. Some features may be withdrawn or changed without prior notice.

7. Termination

This license remains in effect until terminated. It ends automatically if you breach this EULA. You may also end it by uninstalling the app and deleting your account.

8. Warranty disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FootRivals is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing law

This EULA is governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
